We have made fundamental changes to the traditional design and construction of the glass fronted niche. These changes enhance the 12" x 12" Single Niche overall value of the finished product, which makes them more desirable to our client families', installers and perpetual care funds alike.
Honeycomb "Cellular" Construction for Longevity.
The innovative approach to the the glass fronted niche design drastically improves longevity, installation and delivery while reducing total costs. The modular "cellular" construction is very similar to that of a beehive Hidden wiring Elegant diffused interior lighting or lego building blocks therefore each niche is a complete structural unit. Each unit is attached to the extrusion by a uniquely designed screw-channel that insures your Tamper Resistant Screws niches are straight and true. This construction technique increases the strength and integrity of the niches, all while decreasing installation time by over 30%.
A Premium Quality Product
Each niche is an independent stainless steel compartment. The units are double-coated steel with a zinc satin first coat, and then a powder coated color seal. This double coating process provides industry leading protection against tarnishing and blemishes, even if the unit is nicked or scratched.
Modular Niches
A classic approach to design, with solid bronze rosettes and unique extrusion, is available with standard niche sizes of 12 inches x 12 inches and up, in six inch increments For example: 12 inches x 18 inches; 12 inches x 24 inches and a spectacular 24 inches x 24 inches feature niche. These configurations allow for a combination of single, intermediate, double, and family size niches.
Variety of Shutter Fronts
Standard shutter fronts come in glass which can be flat, beveled, or tinted. Glass Fronted Niche shutter fronts offer flexibility and the fronts can be customize for bronze, marble and granite.
Elegant, Diffused Lighting
The Interior lighting is indirect "hidden" lighting with a low volt age, 24 volts with the bulb life of 2500 hours and a 110 watt electrical feed. Each niche is felt gasketed to prevent entry of dust/insects etc.
Bronze Rosettes
The bronze rosettes that adorn each corner and matching extrusion are designed and manufactured with the highest quality materials and casting techniques.
Additional Furnishings
Easily accommodates granite or marble kick plates, wood side panels and leg levelers.
